Website and setup work
Your fixed service charge buys the selected pages, deliverables and revision rounds, rather than a number of working hours. The agreed brief records completion criteria. You review the agreed page designs and content, then the working website and enquiry checks, before recording acceptance and authorising launch and handover. You supply authorised assets and accurate business information. A 50% website booking payment starts delivery; the remaining 50% is due after your acceptance of the working preview and before publication/handover. Selected extras are authorised and paid separately when ready to begin. Dates depend on the complete brief, content and approvals; your confirmed schedule is shown in the client workspace.
Three-month Starter launch offer
During our three-month launch offer, Launch Starter includes registration and connection of one available, standard-priced new .co.uk or .com domain for its first year, registered in your business ownership. Premium domains, purchases from existing owners and transfers are excluded. Existing-domain customers can use their domain; renewal or transfer costs are not included. Subsequent annual renewal is payable separately at the registrar rate disclosed before registration. The three-month period is the purchase eligibility window, not the domain registration term. Confirmed offer start and end dates will be displayed before purchasing opens. Orders bought within that window retain their agreed inclusion after the promotion ends.
What is separate
Except for the first-year domain registration included in the Starter launch offer, domain registration and renewal, hosting, mailbox/software licences, photography, custom applications and work beyond the purchased scope are separately agreed. Basic search metadata is included in every website; additional SEO is a distinct deliverable. No guaranteed leads, sales or rankings.
Starter launch support
Starter includes two pages: a landing page and portfolio (up to six projects/twelve supplied photos), one consolidated revision round, Google Business Profile setup or review for an eligible business, customer-owned free-tier Google Analytics 4 setup and six monthly summaries. One portfolio update round each month for six months from website launch includes one entry, two supplied photos and an approved caption. Google tools remain free after our included service ends. No automatic paid renewal. Tracking is configured only after privacy/consent arrangements are agreed.
Monthly services
Monthly services begin only when ready and after you complete their activation checkout. The recurring amount and cancellation arrangements are shown before activation. Advertising spend is paid directly through your own Google or Meta account.
Ownership and access
Your business owns its domain, profiles and advertising accounts. Access is arranged through platform roles. Do not send passwords in forms or documents.

When enabled, Stripe handles payment information. LINKNFORM stores your purchased scope, contact details, brief, project files and delivery records in its protected client system. See the privacy notice. Retention and contact details must be approved before release.
