The enquiry builder

Information you type is used within this page to prepare a message. The builder does not send it to a form server or save it in browser storage. When you choose “Open email draft”, your email application receives the message; you review it and send it yourself. Copying the message uses your device clipboard.

Email contact

When you send an enquiry, Link National Formations Ltd receives the information in your email and uses it to respond, discuss the requested service and prepare an agreed proposal. Please send only information needed for the enquiry.

Website services

This site uses hosting services to deliver its pages. Access may require your ChatGPT sign-in while the site is private for review. Hosting and email providers may process the technical information needed to operate their services.

We have not added advertising pixels, analytics or marketing sign-up tools to this site.

Launch ordering and client workspaces

The existing enquiry builder remains a local email-draft tool. When Launch purchasing is enabled, Stripe handles checkout and LINKNFORM stores order scope, brief, files and delivery records in the protected client system. Monthly billing starts at separate service activation. No new advertising pixels or analytics are added by this release. Retention arrangements and the final commercial privacy notice require owner approval before sales open.

Assessment requests sent to LINKNFORM

Creating a roadmap stays within your browser. If you choose Send my assessment request, Link National Formations Ltd receives your business name, contact details, optional business type, town, financial estimates, project type and website or social profiles, together with your selected priorities and suggested roadmap. These are stored in the protected business lead register using our hosting database provider so we can respond and prepare your requested assessment. Contact details and estimates are visitor-supplied and are not verified by submitting the form. This action does not create an account, subscribe you to marketing or place an order. Requests and contact history remain in the private register for follow-up until reviewed or removed; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Use the contact below to request access, correction or deletion.

Ignite assessment and service shortlist

The assessment creates suggestions within your browser. Your stage, needs and service selections can appear in the page URL so the shortlist survives navigation. Do not put personal or sensitive information into these selections. When you choose Save on this device, only those selections are stored in this browser until you clear them or remove site data. They are not a customer account record. They are sent to LINKNFORM only when you explicitly send an assessment request. Editable enquiry text is not saved by this feature. The website package builder separately keeps non-personal package and optional media-budget selections in session storage and its URL so they can be restored when returning to the builder. Open email draft passes your reviewed message to your email app; you send it yourself. Copy draft uses the clipboard.
